Generalities

Bag and cartridge filters are often the best cost effective methods for particle removal from raw water. Filte media consist of a cartridge or a bag installed inside a close housing, through which influent water flows und pressure and leaves its physical contaminants. By this way, a filtration rate at micron degree ( 10ˉ6 m. ) can achieved, making product water without turbidity with a clear

appearance. All of our different models are suitable for standard DOE and SOE cartridges and polypropylene filter bags. According to the type of application, filter’s body is manufactured from plastic or stainless steel.

– V-Clamp or Flanged top opening with O-ring according to models enabling easy access for replacement

– Nominal Flows : Up to 80 m3/h ( 22 x 40” ) for Cartridge Filters & 40 m3/h ( 0,45 m2)

– Electrowelded robust housing conform to PED (Pressure European Directive)

– Air vents for start-up / drain

– Reliable and simple operation : Flexibility in various applications; pre- treatment  polishing or sea water

SPUN BONDED FILTER CARTRIDGES :

Manufactured from thermally bonded polypropylene microfibers, these filter elements offer high throughputs, low pressure loss, high dirt hold- ing capacity and long on-stream life. The bonded fibre

construction minimises any possibility of fibre migration and is rugged enough to resist particle shedding, even under pulse conditions. Thermally bonded micro fibre structure contains no wetting agents, solvents, antistatic agents or binders.
